Polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, which is made of polypropylene as a raw material, polymerized into a net through high temperature drawing, and then bonded into a fabric by hot rolling. Due to the simple process flow and large output, it is non-toxic and harmless to the human body. So it is widely used in various fields such as sanitary materials.

In the non-woven fabric manufacturing method, because the spunbond method has obvious advantages in manufacturing technology, product performance and production efficiency, it has achieved rapid development that has attracted worldwide attention in the past 20 years. At present, about 40% to 50% of non-woven fabric production adopts melt spinning method (including spunbond method, melt blown method and the composite method of the two). The melt spinning method is used in the total output of various regions. The proportions are 50% in the United States, 37% in Europe and 41% in Japan. According to the data, it can be seen that advanced countries use melt spinning as the main production method of non-woven fabrics. In North America, the most developed region in 1998, the market for spunbond non-woven fabrics accounted for 54% of the total non-woven fabric market.
